You bring up a good point. With Facebook, this will make the ? Much easier. I take my deer/pig to Marks meats up in Delaware. It's a bit of a drive, but he does an awesome job. I'm looking for someone who can make: Apple maple sausage, hot/mild sausage, pepperoni sticks, summer sausage, breakfast sausage, and anything else that's good. It seems like all the butchers in the area are closed shops and if you don't know them from someone else then you'll never know them. Any help people?????
