  Depends on what you want :) Vistaprint is fast, inexpensive, and does a good job. However, putting together your banner each convention can be annoying and a tad time consuming (like, 15 minutes on a busy day). If you want a pop-up banner that's easier to setup, you are going to have to pay a bit more but the exchange is your banner is better protected and it's faster/easier to handle.
