  Looking for a filling breakfast bar. I never have time to cook for myself in the morning. I can eat a bowl of cereal or some breakfast bars. Iprefer breakfast bars but was wondering if there was a more filling one, still healthy, that I do not know about. Currently, I am eating Kashi bars in the morning but they seem overpriced for how full one bar will make me. I enjoy Kind bars as they will make me more full but no store around me sells them by the box, just individually and again, they seem overpriced when I can only by individual bars. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and has any recommendations for some type of breakfast bar or cereal I can try that is filling and at least partially healthy.

  Personally I love having Soylent for breakfast, the v2.0 are ok but the powder one was my favorite especially if I made it the night before and let it sit. Bars, just scrambled eggs, a banana had never left me feeling sated, this does.

  Try Soylent. It is a complete meal replacement. I have been using for a couple of months and the convenience is wonderful. You quickly get used to the taste and texture. I actually like it.
