  There is a dedicated BMX track Marsh road, there was the former stock car track at the end of Dyserth bends don't know the name of the farm but they may help with off road bikes Quads etc. http://www.marshtracks.co.uk/

  No probs.If you go on Marsh Tracks or the Cob there is a good chance you will get your bike confiscated or at least a warning.There was a farmer called Lloyd in Dyserth ( 07760487644 ) who used to let riders on a field but no idea if it still happens or if this number is still in use but could be worth a try.
