  Does anyone know of a local roofing company that will stand behind their work? My mother had some yahoo storm chaser roofing company that rebuilt the roof several years ago. She has noticed water spots on the sheet-rock on the ceiling since. They did a TERRIBLE job. Last night the seam tape in her garage started falling off from an apparent water leak.
