  I'm looking for affordable space rental for classroom use. It doesn't need to be fancy. A blank wall, some plug ins, chairs, and space for 10 people. I'm running into rates of $30-100/hr. I need that amount per day otherwise my prices would be extraordinarily high. Any suggestions for locations? The course I'm specifically looking for a space is a 3 day course. Usually the weekend and a Friday or Monday.

  I work at the Red Lion Hotel on Market street and just talked to our catering coordinator. He said to come on in anytime and he will see what he can do for you. He's pretty sure he could work something out. His name is Kyle Castro. Works M-F till about 5 pm. 503-370-7888.
