  Trades advice and recoomendations wanted: "Hope you can help. I've a leak in my bathroom - floorboards under the bath are wet. Not sure if it's the bath seal or a leak from the drain. I'm looking for someone to come out who could investigate, let me know what they think of the floorboards and fix the problem. I've been told I need a tiler if it's the bath seal, a joiner/damp specialist for the wood and a plumber if it's the pipes! I can't really afford for 3 different people to come out to look at it... Do you know any local (I'm in Eaglesham) trades people who cover all of the above?? "
