  Hey Everyone, I'm over in North Central and my next door neighbor is looking to renovate the home she grew up in on Poplar St., which she now owns. Her plan is to fix it and rent it out as she lives out of state. Are there any recommendations out there for good, reliable contractors? Interior, exterior, roof, floors, termite damage, HVAC...needs work in all areas really. She's not on Facebook so I told her I'd put a feeler out. Thanks!
