  I would not recommend Smart conservatories to anyone!! We had a conservatory built by them about 8 years ago, but whenever I phoned them with a problem such as a leaking roof, doors that couldn't shut & lock, I was told to sort it out myself!! So much for a 10 year guarantee!!!
