  I can't speak to his diagnostic skills, but Tom Quinn of Quinn's Construction (http://www.quinnsconstruction.com/) excelled at communication, and in the meticulousness of detail in his estimate. His estimate was similar to, or lower than, others we received. As he did the work for us in December, I can't speak to its longevity, but so far, so good. Alix
