Anyone have any recommendations for US-cut butchers? I've had very mixed success so far.
Looking for either reasonably priced online butchers, or butchers in London (work in SE1) or Surrey (live in Guildford)?

I get USDA beef and south american and North American cuts from Seb and the team at Chart Farm in Kent. Always very helpful, plus one of their team is on the forum (he's a chef and butcher) so I often ask for stuff I see on here and he knows exactly what I am on about! Www.chartfarm.com
