He took a look at the toilet and then he said, he'll get back to us with what he's finding source. And he did get back with us in a timely manner and we're very satisfied with the Sullivan Plumbing. There was no disclosure, so ultimately I would not use Sullivan Plumbing again without knowing why and more itemized billing process. I've been asked about that and I do not recommend them.

The estimate for the repair we had a new hot water heater put in and made it very convenient for us to have the installation done. So the technician that came out was very thorough, very good and like there is service immensely so I would definitely give them a call again.
