Looking for a good primary care physician near Scottsdale (x-post from r/Scottsdale) I just moved here a few months ago and am in south Scottsdale, right by Tempe. I have never had to find a doctor on my own (lived in one area my entire life up to now and always went to my family's doctor), so I don't really know where to start. Does anyone have a practice or physician you'd recommend? I can check the insurance coverage if I have a few to go off of. I'm currently on Humana but my insurance will be changing in April, not sure yet to what. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I recommended my Dr to someone else on here recently and I know they had a good experience too, so it's probably worth passing it along again. I really like Dr. O'Leary at [Scottsdale Family Health](http://www.scottsdalefamilyhealth.com/). It's right on Scottsdale and Osborn, so it's definitely in your neighborhood. The waiting room is always packed, but I've never had to wait long and they've been great about getting me in really quickly. There's several doctors in that office, and I've heard good things about some of the others as well if O'Leary is booked.
Hi all! I'm looking for a good primary care doctor/family doctor because I'm too old to keep going to my pediatrician and I want your recommendations! Transportation isn't an issue for me so outside of Tempe is fine too. Thanks!

I love Dr. Dicke at Scottsdale Family Health and been going to him and his colleagues there for about 15 years. He's also got a molecular biology degree (like me) and is a pretty sharp cookie (unlike me). http://www.scottsdalefamilyhealth.com
