  I'm new and aggressive! I also use a pro-active approach.. Meaning I make 30 to 50 calls a day to my client list to see if they know anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Passive agents put a sign in your yard, put it on the MLS, and hope another agent sells it... I pick up new buyers every week being Proactive...
