  I am pretty sure Merci Mon Ami in LV does catering, and they sell sandwiches in house (I've eaten there and it was good). http://mercimonami.ca/

  I recently had a party and we ordered from Metro because they offer a variety of things but two other places in LV that we were considering were LIberty Village Rostisserie they have a variety of sandwiches and Mike's Liberty Grill who offer different types of party platters and maybe Merci Mon Ami for sandwiches
