  As far as I know, there are still four "good" ones: www.prahaexchange.cz www.exchange.cz www.exchange8.cz www.alfaprague.cz They're all pretty close, though I usually go to Praha Exchange. Two of them are on Kaprova, Praha Exchange is on Jindrisska, and alfaprague is near Palladium. As for who will take marked bills... I haven't had them check that closely recently, but I try to get new bills when I am going to use them for exchange.
