  The marathon website doesn't have the dining partners available yet, but will. http://philadelphiamarathon.com/weekend-activities#choose-your-course I am fairly certain Bridget Foy's always does a carb-load marathon menu, and while it's not considered a top restaurant in the city, I find it reliably good and their menu has something for everyone.
