  OK so I had a smacking for a good, authentic NY style hot pastrami sandwich the other day but realized I don't know of any tried and true hot pastrami's in SCV. Help?!? I've tried Everest....it was probably the best I've had since Country Deli in Chatsworth, but on the greasy side from my recollection and the bread wasn't right. I've tried Firehouse Subs - it was decent for a sub shop but not what I'm looking for either. I think Togos does a better fast food Patrami than Firehouse TBH. I want a mile high sandwich on rye bread and a place that serves their pastrami untrimmed. Lots of spicy mustard and banana peppers/pickles. Does it exist?
