  Ok would like some help please. I hear that Columbia or the agents in Columbia and surrounding areas know of programs that can help people buy houses. Me and my boyfriend are wanting to move really bad and we need a 3 bedroom and 2 baths would be nice. Neither one of our credit is prefect and really don't have a whole lot to put down. I tried primefinacal but due to we pay cash for rent they could not help me. Is there anyone or any agent that will be willing to help me out or point me in the right direction. I would like anything from Newberry, chapin, irmo, Gilbert or Columbia but not to far into Columbia due to we both work in Newberry. Thanks in advance
