  Hi Philippa! I have a wonderful plumber whom I have used a number of times on homes I've had for sale. The company is called Clairemont Plumbing Service and his name is Marshall. Its a family owned company (his wife Carol works the phones). Their number is 619-276-1397. They are fantastic! Good luck
