  Hi all, want to register with an English speaking, female doctor at the International Health Centre, for myself and husband and have an appointment next week to register for a GP. A friend has recommended Dr Thiadens, but she is now on a sabbatical. Can anyone recommend a decent, competent doctor please. I know there have been mixed reviews about the IHC, but I'm going to check the place out, and go from there. Cheers! :)

  Most Dutch doctors speak very good English. You might consider trying one. Ours in Voorburg (https://www.huisartsenpraktijkbotmanenbijlard.nl/) both speak very understandable English and have treated my parents (USA, absolutely no Dutch skills) a number of times with nothing but praise.
