  I would like to extend a huge thank you to Fundy Veterinarian in Shubenacadie. They have been amazing to us here at the rescue and the influx of cats we had in the last few months. Our vet costs have exceeded $4,000.00 and we cannot take on any more cats until I can get it down. We are still selling His n' Purrs Calendars, we have the GoFundMe campaign, we have a paypal account, flea market on the 31st. We need generous people to donate towards our huge vet bill. Aside from the usual costs of combo FIV/FeLk testing and spay/neutering we have had cats in requiring eye surgeries, we have had seizure cats requiring additional vet care, we have had broken bones repaired, Upper respiratory issues in almost all cats we have had in, frost bite victims and much more. Our adoption fee only helps cover some of these costs. When you adopt from us and most all other rescues, the adoption fee only helps to cover some of our costs. Believe me we do not "gain" on adoption fees. Any help will be appreciated. There are so many cats on my waiting list needing help, I hate turning them away because I don't have room but now I need to turn them away because I need to get the vet bill down. If you can help in any way, it is appreciated. $5 from one person multiplied by many people can go a long way. It all makes a difference to their lives.
