  The practice rooms at ASU are open ... all of the time ... unlocked on the first floor (some of/many). May be some winter break times when they aren't. Also there is a coffee house on McClintock and Southern that lets people play. Decent and free. I also have a piano practice/recording space at my house. I charge but not a ton. $10/hour.
