Electric Muscle Stimulation Therapy:
Electric Muscle Stimulation Therapy uses an electrical current in order to make a singler group of muscles to contract. Electrodes are placed on the patient’s area of pain and the electrical currents result in decreased pain and swelling, and an increased blood flow. Increased blood flow increases the healing ability of injured tissues. By altering the current, muscles are activated, which can also work to effectively strengthen targeted tissue.
Vibration Massage:
Vibration massage technique that involves quick shaking to rhythmic rocking by moving the heel of the hand, the side of the hand, or the fingertips. Your chiropractor will apply continuous contact to the client’s body, creating either static or running vibrations. This helps to increase circulation and prepare the body’s muscles for athletic performance.
Heat Pad:
