  Hi Kate! My name is Jenny Bergold and I am a Kundalini teacher in the tri-city area. I'm also registered with the Yoga Alliance and Kundalini Research Institute. I teach at Prana in Geneva on Sundays at 10:30 a and Wednesdays at 4 p at the Delnor Health & Wellness Center in Geneva. I also teach four classes a week at Abhyaasa Yoga in Naperville.
