  Anonymous post no. 7374 We found some termites in the soil around our house in Runaway bay (There was an old tree which has since been removed) and evidence there was an attack on part of the property which is being fixed, we are thinking of getting the perimeter protected with Termidor by a licensed Termidor installer, we found a few ads on Google but before we contact anybody just wondering if anybody has any recommendations and any idea of the cost of getting this done for a normal sized 4 bed single level home.

  Anonymous post no. 4538 I have a fairly neglected EXTERRA termite bait system around my house. It was getting monitored by a pest control company but it was costing an absolute fortune for what appeared to be very little work (opening the traps every few months to tell me there was no activity ... $1500/year later). Any advice for best methods to monitor termites? Is there a pest control company out there that deals with EXTERRA at an affordable price? Am I better off to just get the place sprayed every 6-12 months? There is evidence of termites from before I bought the house, though none active now. Help!! Thanks.
