  sorry I don't know anyone in oxnard but if you can get to victoria and the frontage road off the freeway there is a good machanic there 6027 Ventura Blvd, Ventura, CA 93003 (805) 656-1026 he did my fuel pump in a convertable for half the price of anyone else in town for me a few years ago.
