I don't live in Germany and I don't speak the language.   Not exactly cake but [Brammibals](https://www.brammibalsdonuts.com/) does birthday donuts. Looks like they are delivering through Wolt now which has translation functionality in their app. Also if there is a problem you can contact Brammibals in English no problem

  Hey back! I visited Berlin in November 2017 for a couple days, and one of my favourite place was [Momo's](https://momos-berlin.de/). Their dumplings were really really good, and they have several vegan flavours to try. I also picked up a vegan donut from [Brammibal's Donuts](https://www.brammibalsdonuts.com/), although if you plan to go, make sure you go earlier in the day as they close when they are out! Honestly, there were a ton of places that had vegan food, and it's a huge city, so I just used HappyCow to navigate to the places around me.
