  Does anyone have a handyman/repair guy they could recommend? We have some minor repairs that need doing before we put the house on the market. -Finishing baseboards, fixing a warped board, a little painting- and we're willing to hire someone to get it done quickly and well. But the two guys recommended by the real estate agent are booked up and couldn't get to it for a couple weeks at the soonest. (Austin/Cedar Park area)
