We also have Tae Bo Flex (Strength training), Tae Bo Kickboxing (On a heavy bag), and TRX Suspension Training (for core and strength) group classes, as well as personal training and babysitting. Mark and Shellie Blanks Cimarosti are a husband wife team, trained by Tae Bo creator, Billy Blanks (Shellie's Dad). Come join our TEAM, and get transformed from the inside out!
