New Rules In Australia for Teeth Whitening Products
Our whitening gels comply with the new Australian Poisons Act 2011. Revised May 2013 and are available online. This act now prohibits the sale of whitening gels/agents over 6% Hydrogen Peroxide & 18% Carbamide peroxide in Australia by non-dental care providers.
We are adhering to these new rules and take them very seriously using both systems:-
6% Hydrogen Peroxide in 2 x 20 minute sessions (please allow one hour)
And
18% Carbamide peroxide and gives little or no gum irritation along with similar results in 3 x 20 minute sessions (please allow 1.25 hr)
