  I've resisted long enough but it's now time to start looking at getting a pool. We are at step 1 so need help with possible council permit issues before we move ahead with a pool company. Recommendations please for a person or organization that can cut through the bull$hit and guide us on this perilous journey. We are on the manningham side of the river.
