  Pediatricians who take Medicaid? We have been hunting for a solid pediatrician who accepts new Medicaid patients here in the Springs and have had awful luck. So far we've spoken to at least 20-30 offices, none of whom are accepting new patients with this type of coverage. We're located more towards the North end of town but can travel as needed. If anyone can recommend a local pediatrician they know does accept Medicaid we would sincerely appreciate the help.

  Great question. I just called Peak Vista Community Health Center. They have Health Services guides who will help you pick a plan on the Exchange. Call 632-5700 for an appointment or walk in to there office at 2828 International Circle during business hours. This is a free service and Peak Vista is a nonprofit so they will give you non-biased info and assistance.
