  My family spent Halloween trick or treating the lovely shops in downtown Port Orchard. One of the shops took a picture of my daughter and said they would post it to their website, but I am not sure of the name of the store. It was between the VFW and the Dragonfly. It had all sorts of pretty things in the window including a "Kermit the frog". Anyone know which store I am talking about?
