  Chip, the solution here is to create all of your images at the same size. We had the same challenge on this site: http://sevell.com/self-promotion.php If you click the arrows, you'll see that the images appear to be different sizes. But what we had to do was create all of the images, with the background, at the same size. Lightbox does, but it's not a carousel solution. Randal Rust
