  Yeah if she has chihuahua in her they will neauter her for 40$ witch is waaaaay cheaper than a regualr vet . The neautering program is offerd by the ASPCA. You would have to travel to oakland . But the hospital was great ! My pittbull recoverd within 2 weeks with no need of a cone or ahything . I would recommend them just got to ASPCA.com
