  I have a leak in my front room. There is no bathroom above it. There is a window unit AC in the bedroom above but that doesn't seem to be leaking. The gutters aren't clogged and water seems to flow down the drain from them to the ground very well. I wanted to avoid taking down the ceiling, but I am running out of options. I must now admit I am now past the point of my competence. Can anyone recommend someone local who might be able to diagnose and fix my problem?
