  Where is the best places to go get the dentist to actually do what you ask. My kid had a very bad experience last time. I asked for extra freezing as did my kid part way through and my 9 yr old was crying as he could feel things and the dentist wouldn't stop. Claiming not 'there is no way, he doesn't need any extra'. Just blowing it off.
