A friend of mine Moni moving into the area got a quote from carpetright (to be known henceforth as carpetwrong) who subsequently failed to show up to measure up and then denied all knowledge of the appointment. So we are looking to take her business elsewhere. has anyone used the flooring shop in the Morrisons at Thamesmead? Good? Bad? Any feedback gratefully recieved :-)

  See the carpet guy on Woolwich Market he comes from Carpet Corner plumstead common. Had lino for my kitchen the fitters were great and cheap Tell Andy from The Thai Stall recommended you

  I've had several carpets fitted by carpet corner (next to the co-op plumststead Common Rd) Always found them reliable with a good finnished job They do all sorts of flooring to with a good showroom to pick what you want

  We have used carpet corner on a number of occasions and have never let us down. We will be using them again when we move within a couple of weeks time.

  My family has used all 3 mum used the guy in Morrison's the first time not a problem untill she wanted a bit of carpet fixed and he did not want to no 2 nd time she used the guy in Woolwich market and with no problems they did very good job and was very helpful and I used carpet corner and had to rooms done again very good

  Hi Helena. Carpet Corner, Plumstead Common is open tomorrow 28 plus 29, 30 and 31 December from 9 am. Best to phone 020 8855 2055 as they will probably be closing earlier than normal. Say Lindsay agreed 10% discount x
