  Thomas J Kilgannon, DDS 165 Washington St, Tappan, NY (845) 359-7654 I LOVE him! Have been seeing him since I moved to Rockland in 1994. He used to have offices in Nyack, now he is in Tappan. His staff is kind and do Saturday hours. Babs
