  You can try a local workshop of Ptit Velo Dans la Tête. They sometimes have bikes to sell which they offer to members for 30 to 60 euros. Membership is about 30 euros. The bikes aren't fancy, but are in perfectly good working condition, and don't attract thieves as much. Cool thing is their workshops offer a space with spare parts and tools for members to put together or fix their own bike. A great DIY place, although I got plenty of help the year I bought a bike off them since I don't know anything about bikes ;) http://www.ptitvelo.net
