  Brian T. wrote: Horrible customer service. Owner ignores calls, texts and emails. Took over 4 months on a job that was supposed to take 3 weeks, and then took another 8 months to get deficiencies addressed. Owner has taken our paint to fix a warped door, said after the fact he can’t fix it, and won’t return the paint or communicate at all with us.

  Lita M. wrote: What a nightmare experience! Contracted them to renovate two bathrooms. After a month, some of framing and plumbing was done by them. Why so long? Well if you only turn up a couple of hours every now and then, nothing gets done! They were supposed to move a heating vent, but just covered it over! Ended up firing them. Lost money, time and crushed my dreams for the renovations.

We have tried multiple times to get the guy who installed them to come back out and fix them, but he won't return our calls and the one time he did he said he was too busy to fix it.   Hi Justin. Sam and Ryan at Knotty Boys Construction recently finished our main floor. We started with just wanting to fix a leak at the back where they replaced our subfloor, and added a storm door, and we ended up deciding it would look best for one floor type throughout. They installed vinyl plank flooring for us and we are happy to refer them. We have them coming back to do the toe kicks and bathroom floor too.
