  John at JMC Performance specializes in Mopars and came recommended to me. The only work I have had them do was rebuilding my steering box but I have spoken to John at several Mopar shows and he seems like a really nice guy. They used to be in Yorba Linda, CA and it looks like they just moved to Anaheim Hills. http://www.jmcperformance.com/home.html
