  ISO 3 bedroom rental property we have 1 dog. The house we currently rent is going to be going into a construction phase and we need to leave asap. Our landlord will be willing to let you know that we have been great tenants. We would stay if it wasn't becoming dangerous and we are in the way of the needed repairs.
