  RE: Zoning case Z145-313 Neighborhood concerns regarding the zoning case Z145-313 (address 4442 Lawnview, 75227) that will be voted on by the city council on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 (Addendum Item #13.) The Parkdale/Lawnview Association of Neighbors (PLAN) board of directors supports the city staff's recommendation; the Planning Commission's recommendation; and our District 7 City Council representative, Tiffanni Young's, recommendation to DENY the zoning request change at the address listed in this item. We do not wish to see the current zoning of Community Retail changed to zoning of Commercial Services. This change would adversely effect our neighborhood, and thus, we do not support the requested change. Casie Pierce and Bob Laudadio will be speaking at the City Council meeting tomorrow. We ask that if anyone has any concerns or questions about this issue to contact us, or if anyone would like to speak at council- either for or against- to come to City Hall tomorrow at 1PM (1500 Marilla, 6th Floor, council chambers.)
