  Looks like I need a new electrician, as mine was apparently abducted by aliens or is in rehab or something. Need someone who is reliable and willing to finish a mostly roughed-in house - preferably not "in a few weeks." Probably need a new permit. Also never got any suggestions for a cornice restoration/painter, if anybody has one. Thanks.
