  i just did this two yrs ago...we used JL&Son from sinking spring. They charged me $8000....That was for labor(3 days of work),furnace(we got a 95% eff summer/winter hook up furnace from triangletube),water softener hook up, plus they carried everything away at no cost. Very pleasant, clean, and showed up on time everyday. They even took time to explain things to me as they were going. They were recommended to me and i highly recommend them... They believe in doing more jobs with a little compensation then less jobs with more compensation...JL & Sons 610-670-6200
