  electric company is ED3 5204249021 is the number, and global water is our water company 6235184000 is the number there. DirecTV, orbitel, and Century link Prism I believe are the only options for cable. We have been here since 2008, and have only ever used DirecTV and century link for internet. Welcome to the Copa.

  My advice is to ask your new neighbors as to what Internet/cable service they use. Some areas Orbitel works really well and some places Century Link works really well.

  I just bought a house too, and moved from Mesa, in July. I went with Century Link because I read some really horrible reviews on Orbital. Century Link service is fine but watch their billings and write down everything they tell you on the phone. I had a previous bad experience with Direct Tv so didn't choose them. As far as water and electric, there is just two companies for those. You have multiple choices for trash.
