  Is there anywhere I can take my dog to get help free or would take low payments? We've been giving her at home haircuts but not keeping up with her nails. She won't let us do them and now has an ingrown nail that's getting infected. She's 3 1/5 pounds and 7 years old. I don't want to see her suffering but have no money for a vet.
