I live on the top floor of a three storey block, not exactly a skyscraper, but every window cleaner I've approached since they stopped using ladders has either refused at the outset or said they'll come along and then doesn't. It's getting to the point that we're in permanent darkness ... that might be a slight exaggeration, but I would really love to get my windows cleaned
